Child welfare teams can use this assessment tool to reflect on their strengths and areas for growth—both as individuals and collectively—in terms of psychological safety. This tool can help teams integrate psychological safety practices into their daily work, encourage individual reflection, and establish meaningful goals that support a trusting and supportive environment. Staff, community partners, families, and youth are encouraged to work collaboratively on this assessment tool to achieve the best results.
