Find Your Innovation and Advancement Navigator

Each jurisdiction is assigned an innovation and advancement navigator (navigator). The navigator serves as the primary point of contact and works with the jurisdiction and its Regional Office to examine data-driven assistance needs and identify innovative ways to address challenges and achieve positive outcomes for children and families. Each jurisdiction also has an assigned co-navigator, who provides strategic and logistical support for the navigator as needed and serves as a thought partner in identifying solutions that meet jurisdictional needs. 

Together, the navigator and co-navigator coordinate the National Center for Child Welfare Innovation and Advancement’s service design and delivery so that each jurisdiction receives cohesive, integrated, and timely assistance. They also support effective collaboration with our team of experts.
