Description

This data planning worksheet helps State teams consider existing information and data sources and additional 
data needs for assessing the statewide functioning of the Agency Responsiveness to the Community systemic factor of the Child and Family Services Reviews. Agency responsiveness is achieved through ongoing and meaningful engagement of individuals with a vested interest in the child welfare system—including young people and families, Tribes, caregivers, legal and judicial communities, service providers, and other partners—as well as the coordination of services to best meet the needs of children, young people, and families.
