This document provides step-by-step directions for running the CFSR Round 4 SPSS syntax for specific statewide data indicators. Running the syntax allows users to calculate observed performance for an individual State on all or selected CFSR 4 statewide data indicators using data submissions from the Adoption and Foster Care Analysis and Reporting System and the National Child Abuse and Neglect Data System.
